First of all, I don’t normally write reviews on sites.  But…when the customer service and process is this over the top good, I just felt I needed to write.  I found Kristee through a friend when I was looking to book a wedding.  She came highly recommended.  Had a conversation on the phone with her and right away I knew she knew what she was doing.  Kristee managed to provide some clarity to my thoughts, and was able to make some of the unique things I had wanted for my big day come true.  She provided options, but also recommendations based on what she felt would be best for what I was looking for.  I had family and friends coming down and had no clue how to organize all of them and she was able to sort through and help me with accommodations and other arrangements for them.  I can’t tell you how much piece of mind Kristee provided me, even over the phone / email while planning.  At one point, I was in tears on the phone completely overwhelmed with an issue about a friend I wanted there and Kristee seemed to just know what to say.  I guess she has dealt with this hundreds of times, but she helped me sort through the situation and to make the right decision.  The way she handled me on the phone at that time told me I could trust her on my big day.  And she did not disappoint!  I would highly recommend Kristee to ANYONE looking for a customized wedding in Mexico where you want to create a memorable day for not only yourself, but also everyone who attends.  I still get comments from friends when I talk to them about how amazing their trip to Mexico was and in particular that day.  Make sure you get a good pics / video package, trust me.  I will never forget it and I want to thank Kristee from the bottom of my heart for making it happen.  At the very least I would recommend any future brides to give her a call to discuss your wedding thoughts / plans, you won’t look back!

I don’t think I have ever met someone with such passion for her work and attention to detail.   Booking your wedding with Fresa will be the easiest decision you could ever make. Kristee’s attention to detail and need to understanding to make your day perfect is what sets her apart from any professional. From your colours, the ambiance, the signature drinks, the added luxuries for your guests like custom bottled water…. that make the day spectacular.  I would recommend Fresa to any destination bride looking to have their day stand out to their guests and have an unbelievable experience.

I can’t say enough good things about Kristen and Erin and their team at Fresa Weddings Mexico!  They were the third wedding co-ordinators that we tried and they are miles ahead of the competition!  They really are on top of their game!  They make you feel like your day is special and they too care about every little detail and show it with enthusiasm.  They are professional and made us feel like they were in our corner ‘arm-wrestling’ the best deals for us mindful of our budget at all times.  They totally ‘get’ our vision. We wanted a private, glamourous non cookie-cutter wedding off the resort.  We were not kept in suspense waiting on emails but were given prompt replies or emailed simply to “touch base” and were offered skype and phone meetings frequently.  Our wedding is coming up soon and NOT ONCE did we feel like they were not ‘on it’. We have been constantly reassured that “don’t worry, everything is under control and it’ll come together beautifully”! My fiance and I live in Canada and I can’t imagine what I would’ve done without this amazing team!  I am a hands-on, A type personality but I have full confidence in the co-ordinating and trouble-shooting (if need be) skills of their team.  If you are planning to get married in Mexico look no further.  As far as I’m concerned they are the best and go above and beyond to make your day happen according to your vision.

I am a stress-free bride and I am looking forward to enjoying every minute of my wedding day because Fresa Weddings Mexico are “on it”!

Pros: Easy, fun, work well within budget, love what they do

I was a guest at the “wedding that started it all”… The one where the BRIDE did such a great job PLANNING the wedding that her guests, the resort she married at, the guests who attended, the locals with whom she connected in the process, and her employer at the time all insisted that THIS was what she was meant to do. And it’s true. It was an AMAZING wedding for everyone from the honored to the kids to the grandparents to the friends out for a great party. The signature drinks were great (or so I hear, as I was five months pregnant and treated to a virgin version), the mariachi band, the fingerprinted “I DO’s”, the amazing Mexican food, the local dancers for entertainment . . .so many cool Mexican features while still keeping the flavor of a Canadian wedding at the heart of the day. and lo and behold in looking Kristee up to help with our vow renewal I find that she has up and gone to Mexico to follow her calling. Brides, you are lucky to have found Fresa weddings. I honestly can’t imagine you’d have to consider looking for anyone else to make your day totally unique, totally you. We are so going to make the trip to the Mayan Riviera for our renewal!

I don’t think I have ever met someone with the unique talent to customize every single detail to THE moment!  I attended a wedding that was planned by Kristee and it was incredible.  Every little detail made the bride feel like nothing else mattered but her day.  The colours, the ambiance, the signature drinks, the added luxuries for guests like flip flops and custom bottled water…. the “little things” made the day spectacular.  I would recommend Fresa to any destination bride looking to have their day be the most memorable not only for them but for everyone who shares in their union!

Kristee and the Fresa team is truly a pleasure to work with and extremely professional!

You couldn’t find a more majestic setting with the crystal blue ocean and the warm caribbean breeze!

I would recommend anyone thinking of a destination to look nowhere else! Friendly and unbeatable price!
